Switching from Windows to Linux

I'm working on a paper for school about Linux. In doing my research, I came across several articles that talk about a person named Rob Valliere, who saved a client $10,000 by using Linux on the server and desktops and upgrading only four PCs to Windows 2000 and Office 2000. He apparently wrote up his findings in great detail and they were located here. I've found that site mentioned in multiple articles. I've googled on it and can't find the paper anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find this paper? Below are a couple of the articles that mention this person and the paper.

Thanks

Yo Fritz.

While you're at it, have a look at Keith Parkansky's website about how to save a zillion dollars using Debian instead of M$. Check out the site here.
