svn, export repo to remote machine

Dear friends,
I have created a repository in my local machine. I use it do develop my programs and then run it in a cluster.
svnadmin create --fs-type fsfs /home/rudra/repo
svn import /tmp/AMscf file:///home/rudra/repo/AMscf -m "Initial Import"
svn co file:///home/rudra/repo/AMscf /home/rudra/AMscf
Now, I want to transfer my files to the cluster. Since I have a dhcp and laptop has static, and due to the policy of the policymaker, i cannot ssh+svn from cluster to my local machine.
Is there anyway to export my repo from my local machine to cluster via svn?
What i tried:
svn co svn+ssh:///my_lical_repo file://remote_login/home/abhijit/rudra/AMscf
svn: Network connection closed unexpectedly
$ svn co file:///home/rudra/repo/AMscf svn+ssh://amru2/home/abhijit/rudra/AMscf
Checked out revision 1.
remote_machine_passwd's password:
svn: No repository found in 'svn+ssh://amru2/home/abhijit/rudra/AMscf'

Please explain in depth your cluster? As my understand, you are not running SVN on cluster and if so, why did you use "svn+ssh://amru2/home/abhijit/rudra/AMscf"? AFAIK, you can only export repo to local path. If you can access to cluster, I suggest you use NFS, SSHFS, ... to mount a remote folder to your local machine. You can then export to the local path and it will be pushed directly to the cluster.

Hope this helps.
