suse 9.1 install, half completed

I installed suse via ftp, I set grub boot on a floppy. Then install went fine, untill it installed grub. I was asked to put in a floppy disk. When grub was finished installing i recieved a message that said "system rebooting leave floppy in" so my system reboots takes me to the grub loader, boots the linux install and takes me to a command line login. I can not log in because I did not have the chance to install accounts. Is there an option I missed when loading from grub? also when the packages were finished installing, 3 packages were reported with errors. Any suggestions?
