sudo question

How can I setup sudo using Visudo to give someone permission to access kppp on the computer?

if you want the normal users to be able to access kppp without root passwrod change the link of /usr/bin/kppp to /usr/sbin/kppp. also set suid of /usr/sbin/kppp
