Streaming live audio from line-in (Icecast2 Trouble)

So far I'm trying to get Icecast2/Ices2/DarkIce working.

Everything in my logs and the connections tells me its working, but my ears say it's not.

I'm getting dead air in my Winamp client, but it's telling me its connected.

I've tried streaming from both line-in and a static .ogg playlist (to rule out the soundcard). Nothing on either.

See my post at if you'd like to download the log files.

Netstat, ps aux | grep ice look good. From what I can translate of the verbose logs, my configuration should work.
