I'm pretty sure I've seen something based on the same principle like that before via Gnucitizen or more likely Hackademix. Needless to say browsers that allow for per-site access control without requiring plugins own major. And again that doesn't include Firefox.

The hidden iframe scan barfs with Konqueror 3.5.10 using default settings and no actual internet history stored in the client. The output that the scanner thinks is actual history for the client currently being scanned looks more like the scanner database being revealed back to the client, kind of a reverse scan.
