start kde-panel from command line

I wanted to know how i can start kde-panel from command line........Actually i am using gnome and wanted have a kde-panel instead of a gnome-panel......Is it possible to do so????......If not, then is there any method by which i can add kde-panel menu items to gnome-panle...????

Does anybody have a clue to it???

Well, to start the kde panel (which kde calls 'kicker') you just need to run 'kicker'. As for if this will work under gnome... ???

Thanks....."kicker" worked ......
Is there a way i could add kde panel items such as system tray or klipper to gnome-panel........I want this because sometimes the gnome-notification-area applet in gnome-panel ( ...similar to system tray in kde...) is not able to put kde applications ( like knotes...) in its tray after minimizing.....
Any ideas????

I just don't think this is going to work...it is two different code bases with two different APIs.

Perhaps you could have gnome-panel at the top of your screen and kicker at the bottom...then you have best of both worlds (and a crowded desktop...)
