ssocks at startup?

I need a lightweight socks proxy so I installed http://sourceforge.net/projects/ssocks/?source=navbar and if I run the command manually ssocksd --port 1080 then proxy works. I added the same command to rc.local file and rebooted Debian Wheezy. Proxy didn't start. Changed the line to nohup ssocksd --port 1080 & and again proxy didn't start on reboot. How do I start it automatically on boot?

You want to use full paths outside of user environment.

Thanks, it worked by putting in rc.local the following command

/usr/bin/nohup /usr/local/bin/ssocksd --port 1080 &

Another quick question is it possible to make the following command at startup?

ssh -f -N -D 0.0.0.0:1080 localhost

It usually prompts a question when I start it manually.
