Question ssh connect back shell?

Im trying to install linux from a livecd and want to install linux remotely, but the firewall in this building restricts any incoming connections.. is there a way i can have a linux box @ home setup a reverse ssh shell or something? So i can conect from office > house and then use the house to work on the office? Confusing concept i know.. if there are any programs that will allow me to do this lemme know, any help would be appreciated.

you should probably speak to the network administrator.
they tend to get stropy when you take steps to circumvent there security.
