squid time and traffic limitation

hi guys
is there any way to limit access time in squid based on using duration .

e.g
users can access to internet only for 2 hours and it doesn't mind which hour is that !!

after using internet for 2 hours access block ?

and second question is about traffic .
is there any way to limit traffic for user . for example users have 1G traffic . after using that access denied for using internet ?

thx in advance

A brief search leads you to ext_time_quota_acl for Squid:

Again, a brief search leads you to delay pools:

And please spell out your words.
