Spidertools.com Training: Any Good?

spidertools.com sells CD-based and online training packages for
various aspects of Linux. Has anyone tried them? Are they any good?

On a related note, while searching around looking for reviews or
comments, I found this:

http://www.winehq.org/hypermail/wine...4/09/0256.html

which states:
Quote:
I'm trying to run a Linux training CD from Spidertools.com with the latest wine release
which implies that it would not run natively under Linux. Pretty strange,
if they're selling Linux training software that won't run under Linux.
Does anyone know if that's the case? No info on their website that
I can find. (Some of the packages are labeled "Flash based", but
others don't say anything.)

TIA.
