SpamAssassin/Procmail to del blacklisted emails

Hey guys, is there a way to have spamassassin autodelete mail at, say 100 pts (to get rid of blacklisted spam) but still tag/deliver lower scored email?

I know it can be done with MailScanner, but this is a very delicate SA installation, so installing something to work with it could bring down SA completely.

Using Procmail, editing the procmailrc file, to add in:
:0
* ^USER_IN_BLACKLIST
/spamtest
doesnt sem to work either, nor does ^X-Spam-Staus: *USER_IN_BLACKLIST*

Any help would be appreciated.
