Spam + Help + Server

Hey all, I am looking for a Guide on how to set up a Spam blocking on my server (runs Freebsd 5.1) I don't have any thing set up on it yet. All it has setup is Samaba. so it acts as another comp on my lan. I have no idea how to set it up to block all my spam on my single pop3 account... any info would be great.

I would say fetchmail and procmail

fetchmail would retrieve the mail and hand it off to procmail for filtering.

Fetchmail has it's own filtering but I'm thinking procmail may be a better choice.
