Source Function Library

Hi ALL!

I'm having trouble starting Spamnassassin, and I think it has something to do with the following lines in the file:

# Source function library
. /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions

The problem is that I have nothing in that directory called "functions." I've done a file search and found several other "functions" files scattered about, and I've tried copying them one at a time into the above directory, but I always get errors.

Where can I find the "functions" file that is supposed to be in the /etc/rc.d/init.d/ directory??

I've running SuSe Linux 9.1, and I installed SpamAssassin from a RPM as part of the Qmail installation on the QmailRocks web site.

Thanks,

Probably you used a RPM for Redhat ?

The 9.1 DVD contains a working spamassassin RPM - try this version.
