Small but painful problems with wine.

I am currently trying to get lightwave ( a 3d graphics program) to work with wine. For the most part, it runs great, much better than it does on Windows, because on windows it locks up and moving around the 3d plain is choppy, but no with wine. But my problems is that I have shortcut keys for the many different tools, but they don't work with wine. It really slows me down to always have to click the button rather than hit a key. Any ideas would help.

You could check the wine website (www.winehq.com ?) to see if they have included that type of functionality in wine.
