slow image on internet videos

Hi, i am using google chrome and when i watch videos on youtube in fullscreen mode, sometimes it breaks a lot and the video processing is not very good. And sometimes, when i click on a video watch it, it appears a black screen instead and i have to refresh the page. What could be the problem? Would it be some problem with java?

I don't see how java could cause that since afaik java only allows libraries to load that enable Flash. I would enable HTML5 to use instead of flash for the ones that can use it (much better in many ways) and also check what video/graphics driver you are using and it's settings.

I should try HTML5 then, how can i enable it?

my graphic card is a amd radeon hd 3450 agp and i don't know if the driver is updated.
