Slackware 9.1: ext3 Filesystem Damaged


I have no idea what I did.

I started the GNOME Game "Stones" and I got a segmentation fault, the program closed, but the sound kept playing repeating..
So I went to log out of GNOME (Reboot the Desktop Manager) it kinda froze for a while, so I just pushed reboot.
It booted up and during the boot process it told me the filesystem was damaged.

That's exactly how I remember it happening, I can't provide much for information, sorry
This is stressing me out so much, I have no idea what to do, please could someone save me
