Having seen also your post on csv files, I think these both look like homework...
You will hear various comments about the rules on homework---here's mine: You have to show what you have already done to work the problem. In this case, what do you have so far? Do you know the basic ftp commands?
Also, please tell us the course of study that you are taking.
