Is this just spam?? certainly feels like it, can't see why else you'd start a thread (twice) just linking to a document unless you're trying to drive traffic to it. Either way it's worth pointing out either way that that script is really quite poor - using root to directly log in to a server is very bad form, and doing that over an unencrypted protocol like telnet is even worse.
