Shell not responding to Ctrl+D


HI ,

this is about a problem with an experimental shell that i'm running
what happens that the shell doesn't respond to cltr+D key strokes


what do you think is issue here and how to solve this

sh and bash.

however i'm using the word shell not to refer to the actual shell software but to the shell server that i'm login in .

and it seems to reject cltr+D , i hope that clarifies it
