sharing a terminal

Hi,
I want me and 1 (or more, if possable) people to be able to log into a machine with ssh and him to be able to see what I see and do. If I open Emacs and type a doc I want him to be able to see it as I type. I would be really nice if the reverse worked as well, me watch as he types. Is there a way to do this??

You can use screen.

The first person needs to start screen by running "screen" then the second person can join the session by running "screen -x"
