Setting default foreign language for 1 site when virtual hosting.

I am runnging apache and virtual hosting.

I want to be able to set 1 of my 5 sites to chinese (Big 5)

I was able to set this by changing the file extensions to .htm.b5 but I have about 100 pages and many many more links that I would have to change.

I was hoping there was some way to defalult a site to Chinese.

The other way to do this was to have the user viewing the site change to chinese manually, however by doing this when someone enters the site it will show garbage until the user (If he is smart enough) changes the encoding to Chinese.

Thanks for your help.
