Set the Keypad to application key mode
 

The following escape sequence is to set the keypad
to application key mode: /033=

Using the echo command echo -e '/033=' but this command does not
seem to work. I have also written a C program to it but it does
not seem to do the job either.

Can anyone give a solution?
