Set a proxy on my PC

My employer blocks allot of sites i like to visit.
nothing too kinky, just security related and some other sites.
I would like to set up a proxy server on my own machine, because i can access it from work.
what I'm looking for is a server that listens on port 80 and maybe has some web interface so i could type the address in instead of config my browser with the proxy.
something like boratproxy.com
i use fedora 14.

option number two is the same requirments that i can install at my web hosting provider

How about setting up remote access to your desktop and then just using your home web browser from work?

Talk to the IT people, there is a reason why these sites are blocked.

Kind regards
