SERIOUS question...please help

I am about to give 100 of our users new passwords for their pop email accounts. These users just have pop access to our new Red hat 7.2 email server...they don't have shell access.

My question is, what is the best way to let these users know their new passwords? Handing out a private letter on each desk that informs them of their new password and to keep it secret?

Any other idea?

Thanx,
M

You could email them their password.. Just kidding..

Probably the best way is to have them call for their password, so you can verify its them with some sort of authentication. Handing out a letter with passwords could easily get into the wrong hands.
Or you can do it the old fashioned way and give it to them in person on your own sheet with the passwords that only you have.
