sendmail message clipped

This is a problem I am having. I have my logwatch logs emailed to my email account. When users of my server upload hundreds of things through vsftpd, that gets logged, and sendmail clips my message short so I dont get anything else such as sshd etc...

Is there a way to configure sendmail to not clip long messages, or is this problem not related to my server. Thanks.

Try changing MaxMessageSize in /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

you can also change the Services line in /etc/log.d/logwatch.conf
to not send you the ftp messages.
