script wanted

Our RH8 system limit the no. of login to 50 , but some users always idle for long time so other users can't login to the system when the total no. of login arrives the system limit , could you have any script that can kill / terminate the user login that is idle for a specific time ( eg. 3 hours ) , Thx in advance.
