Screen upside down after grub. Ubuntu-gnome 16.10

After grub screen turns upside down. How to fix this? I tried to put GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="fbcon=rotate_all:2" to grub, but that did not help.

Biggest problem here is that touchscreen is inverted now and xinput-calibration does not calibrate screen. Is there something new between Ubuntu Xenial and Yakkety touchscreen settings? Screen is upside down with any Linux I've tested.

Please provide more information.

What make/model computer is this and what is the graphics chipset?

Did it used to work okay and then break or has this happened every since you installed Ubuntu v. 16.10?

Was this a new install or an dist-upgrade?

Any other details you thing might be useful would also help. Too much information is better than too little.
