saving flv files doesn't work with firefox add-ons

I'm trying to save an archived webcast to a file for offline viewing. The site streams in flash video and windows media. The typical firefox add-ons for saving flv files do not work. Anyone have any ideas of how to save this:

There should be a flash file created in /tmp. You'll notice the size of the file increase as the streaming video is cached. Simply save this file elsewhere once it's done.

EDIT: Nevermind, tried it and it didn't work for that one. Wonder why? I guess the browser doesn't cache the video?
