hey guys i can now access my windows shares by using smbclient.... but i cant still access it via nautilus... what could be the problem.

What did you change to get smbclient to work?

nothing actually i just tried the smbclient command as suggested then it works i can access my windows shares but accessing my windows shares via nautilus didnt work its the same problem access denied. it didnt even ask for a username/password.
