Question Samba and Windows Explorer

hello

I have a samba server acting acting as a file sharer. I have noticed that some machines have a problem when brouwsing using windows explorer. I have tried altering the following reg key to 0 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Update\UpdateMode, but have had no success. Does anyone else have any other suggestions

Thanks

Milk was a bad choice!

You will need to post your /etc/samba/smb.conf file. Also, which windows versions are they?
Can the windows machines access the server using its IP address?

Its XP Professional,

None of the other machines on the network are having the issue so I am assuming it must be a windows issue?
