Are you trying to say Linux machine?

First remove this line in your conf file and try
force user = smbtest

How are you trying to mount? By command line or By UI?

This is command to mount shared directory.

mount -t smbfs -o username=username //path/of/your/shared/directory /where-you-want-to-mount
If it is remote host.

mount -t smbfs -o username=username //remote-server-IP/directory-name /where-you-want-to-mount

Problem got solved it was due to SElinux restrictions .
