running lilo on diskette?

can I run lilo on a floppy ?
I can't boot from the HD for various reasons, and Iv'e been
booting through a mandrake boot diskette.
now I installed a new system on a second partition and want
to load ino it.
so, can somehow get lilo on a diskette (instead of the MBR ? )

Hi
take a look at these two;
http://sdb.suse.de/en/sdb/html/kgw_bootdisketten.html
it is suse related but you can use that in general just
use the proper mount for your fd0
http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Bootdisk-HOWTO/index.html
chapter 6
haven't tried any of these just know it can be done.
good luck
