running applications from different terminals

wanted to know if i can direct some aplications to run from different terminals od the users logged in my server

i a presently using ltsp 3.0 setup

i can send messages to differnt users atdifferent terminals using 'write'
but how will display a mesage box made in gtk
pl. help
