rsync instantly?

Here's my situation, I looked at all the LQ rsync threads and haven't found anything that quite matches what I'd like to do w/ rsync...
It seems that most are using rsync as a cron job, which I have all set up, rsync is synching my servers every 5 minutes right now.

My question is this...I would like rsync to "sync" anytime a file changes, instantly.
Basically running rsync continuously. This is for a virtual hosting environment so it would just be web directories.
I am guessing there is a simple way to do this but I googled the heck out of it and haven't found and exact match.

Any help is appreciated.

Take a look at an application named "unison" Maybe that will help.
Other than that, maybe you really need to use something like NFS

Thanks amf57, hadn't heard of unison before, I just read through the faq on their site and I'm still trying to figure out whether it runs continuosly or as a cron job, may have to install and mess around with it a bit to find that out. Anyway, i'm still open to other suggestions if there are better ones out there so please keep posting people. Just want to make sure I've got the best, fastest, securest, most efficient thing running for this since it is a production environment.

Thanks again all.
