rpm removed packages log?

Do rpm actions get logged somewhere. I want to be able to see which packages I have removed. I'm running a fresh install of fedora.

most logs are kept in /var/log, but I'm not running fedora at the moment, so I don't want to tell you the wrong location. /var, in general, is where all the stuff that is likely to change (but can't just be wiped out at shutdown, like /tmp) is kept.
