Exclamation rpm --rebuild can't work in Red Hat 8.0

Hi all,

I downloaded the Red Hat 8.0 and install in at my home PC.

It is not bad on it new interface, but the problems is.

When I download the rp-pppoe-3.5 software, src.rpm file

And try to run

#rpm --rebuild rp-pppoe-3.5.src.rpm

It don't working, before on Red Hat 7.2 it is ok. What is wrong in Red Hat 8.0??

How to rebuild the src.rpm if I need to on other software if they only can download src.rpm package?

Thank
