rpm manager GUI

Hey,
Would someone know why the GUI of redhat-config-packages would not work ? I don't know what I did to change this but the GUI of redhat-config-packages is not working and I don't know why. I've tried to reinstall the "redhat-config-packages" file but it still does not work. Am I replacing the wrong RPM or what?
Someone please help. I could really use this feature. Thanks.

just to elaborate...I run the package and after it scans, the whole thing (GUI) just disappears and I don't know where to go from there.
Any help would really be appreciated.
Thank you.
