RPM had a TGZ

i have been looking for a way to convert RPM's to .tgz files in mandrake based systems, but i have failed so far. does anyone here know how to do this? thanks in advance. :scratch:

There is a great program called alien (kitenet.net/programs/alien/) that allows you to do this. After compiling alien, type 'alien -t package.rpm' and it should work.
