Root login

While installing PCLinuxOS2007,filled in root password o/k then clicked on username and password but before I could fill it in it disappeared.
So now I am root, which I do'nt want,is there a way of reversing this without reinstalling.

Login as root and create a new user, using whatever tool PCLinuxOS uses for that.
