All,

Quick Q:

What disables the browser or machine right click? All of a sudden not working on my main work machine.

Thanks!

Check your caps lock and num lock keys.

None of the flyout menus work, nor the icons in the browser. Hard restart nothing. Reboot nothing. Nums & Caps lock off.

Cheers!

Looked at several other desktop windows and seems to be limited to the browser. Won't even scroll. Wonder if it's a browser setting? How do I restore the default FireFox settings?

Cheers!

Try without the addons, at first?

Under the Firefox menu is a Help item,
One of the entries is "restart without addons"

Default settings can be achieved by a new profile, close firefox and run
Code:
firefox --ProfileManager
or alternatively,
Code:
rm -fr ~/.mozilla/firefox/
or less destructively,
Code:
mv ~/.mozilla/firefox/ ~/.mozilla/firefox.backup/
and fire up firefox.

NOTE: If you rm or mv ,
Code:
firefox --ProfileManager
becomes unnecessary.

Does Shift+F10 activate the right-click context menu in Firefox presently?

All,

Thanks for the tips. Used the backup method and now all is fine under a new profile.

That's what I thought, FF settings had changed. Marking solved!

Cheers!
