ok why can't I get the demo acount when i use rhn_register

I used to have a demo acount an it said i could re activate it by taking a servey

and when i use rhn_register i tell it to use an existing rhn acount
but it makes a new one

when i look under the systems tab it has a question mark by the old acount

Hi matt,

The question mark means that your system hasn't been checking in to the rhn network or it doesn't have the necessary priviledges to access rhn ie your on a demo account.

What you could do is delete all your existing accounts on the rhn website and try to register again. You would then only have 1 account.
