rh9 monitor resolution
after changing resolution from the graphical display interface
it says restart startx but i dont know how to do can anyone help me, thanks... |
Logout from your desktop.
If you are using a graphical logon screen, select "Restart X Server". Or if you can't find it, press the Ctrl + Alt + Backspace keys all at once. This key sequence will restart the X server. Or you can always reboot your computer. |
ctrl+alt+backspace did not work
I tried that but did not work are there any other solutions?
|
It depends how you started your xsession - just restart the computer if you are unsure.
Moved to Linux->General as this isn't network related. |
I'm having the same problem. I restarted the x server. Still didn't change. I rebooted, still didn't change.
