Unhappy RH9,it apper something wrong when I type Command "rpm"

RedHat 9.0 ,Not full installion.

[Server]$ rpm -qa|grep qmial
error: rpmdbNextIterator: skipping h# 588 Header V3 DSA signature: BAD, key ID db42a60e

maybe trying to as root type:
rm -rf /var/log/__db.*
and then followed by:
rpm --rebuilddb
