Talking RH 9.0 with lilo and ghost 7.5 - fixed

Hi There,

I have a basic PIII PC with RH 9.0 workstation installed (lilo as boot). I've been trying for 2 days to take a ghost image of this install and successfully re-image onto a brand new PC, everytime I do this the local filesystems fail to mount. I ain't gonna play with fstab, not enough experience

NB - this is a system with just RH installed, nothing else. I've tried taking the ghost image with various options such as -IR, -IB, -IA, -IAL. I also get the same results using GRUB as the loader.

Do any of you know if this is potentially possible to do, or how to fix my fstab after re-imaging?

Thanks

No worries, it works OK. Problem was caused because I ad 2 disks in the system. I attempted to re-image on the fist one but this was too small (but the image attempt left the loader info on it). The image was successful on the bigger 2nd disc but the loader was getting confused becuase it kept finding boot's with the same label, thus the FS would not load. I blatted the first disc and re-imaged to the bigger 2nd disc and all is well. You do need the -IR (copies entire disk) option when creating the ghost image.
