Restrict X server access using /etc/security/access.conf


Can someone tell me how to restrict access "to start X server" to specific users using the "/etc/security/access.conf" file?

If these is another way to do this using PAM then please describe.

ps: my knowledge in PAM is zero. however not a newbie to linux
