Brand and model number OK, but I'm sorry to say "a very cheap netgear router" doesn't mean sh*t. Does it run it's own cron daemon or do you expect to send the command from another machine? If it doesn't run cron then does it run a SNMP, SSH or telnet daemon? If not what other networked interfaces does it provide other than passworded HTTP access to the management interface?
