Removing shaperd when missing some scripts

I'm using debian - dpkg - dselect
Hello all. I want to uninstall shaperd and I had made some mistake when I had hardly deleted some files of this program. What I need to do, because now when I select in dselect * or - it's almost the same. System wants always to do something with the package. For example when I'm trying to apt-get upgrade This returns me an error:

# apt-get upgrade
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
libjack0.80.0-0
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 1 not upgraded.
1 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0B of archives.
After unpacking 0B of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]
Setting up shaperd (0.2.1-4) ...
Starting TCP/IP Shaper Daemon: invoke-rc.d: initscript shaperd, action "start" failed.
dpkg: error processing shaperd (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 255
Errors were encountered while processing:
shaperd
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

I have made symbolic link in rc2.d because I had deleted original and it is probably bad or something.
Well I don't know. I haven't been looking at this very long but if somebody know please let me know.
Thanx
