You can't. You need an account on Linux to log into.
The only exeption is a special configuration of Samba (when shares are allowed for guests). Or maybe all anonymous ftps etc.

Use ssh

it is a secure shell login tool that replaced telnet, rsh, rlogin and other programs.

sshd must be running on the computer you are logging into and you will get a key from the server when you login the first time. that will handle encryption of everything you send and receive, including your password.

you can also get a version of ssh that will run on windows so you can login from a windows box.

there's a lot of other stuff you can do with ssh, check it out.
