Remote Desktop Connection to a Linux box.

Hey gang.

Is it possible to remotely connect to an active session on a Linux box using VNC? I am able to connect via vnc, starting a new session, but I need to be able to connect to an already running log-in session. I run apps on my Linux box that I would like to be able to check on remotely.

You can do it with Remmina - uses a GUI and allows connection using several protocols, including vnc.
